Hi everyone. Decided to do 2 good meals a day & eat within the 8 hours. 1 snack? 1. Roast chicken handful of mixed salad Morrison's bowl with mushrooms and spinach & Philadelphia cheese 2 tbs with 2 slices bacon. 2 salmon with the same as above & 10 cal jellie n cream 5 raspberries. Snack 5 Brazil nuts pkt pork scratchings piece of cheese. 2 litres of water & tea. DOES IT SEEM OK? THANKS

How do you feel, Samsung_5? Are you comfortably full, or are you hungry? Learn to listen to your own body, rather than other people's opinions, because it knows best :)

Yes i feel full in satisfied. I did feel hungry other night but i cut down first & then went back on lchf as tastier food & makes me full.

My carbs today about 26g fat 146g n protein 136g on my fitness pal just give me idea.

So im still learning but is easier this time round😁

Completely agree with @moreless: just listen to your body, and make sure you feel full. If you've reduced your carbs as far as is practically feasible and added some fat, you've done all that you need to do.

From your previous few meal reports, it sounds like you're doing just fine. Keep it up and it'll all just drop into place at some point!
