I see GI values of Basmati rice is <60 ,So is this good option for diabetes ?

Which brand of Basmati rice will be better in India ?

Brown Basmati rice does not spike unlike wheat roti

Has a lower GI

If you insist on eating rice, yes, it has a low GI. However it will still spike blood sugar and insulin.
