Constipation problem!

I'm quite headache on my DS constipation problem. Quite worry!!! Moms, do you have any good suggestion to prevent constipation? Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

Just saw your post - hope you're feeling better by now!

My tricks for this problem:

1. a tablespoon of olive oil in the morning on an empty stomach.

2. baking with flax seed. There are some great recipes out there for muffins and pancakes. Here's one of my favourites: pureandsimplerecipes.com/20...
