SUNSHINE on A RAINY DAY - The importance of Vitamin D

The following article is something that I penned last Autumn on the importance of Vitamin D for all of us who are living with ITP.

It is particularly important in the Winter months when the reduced amount of sunshine ☀️means that we cannot produce enough Vitamin D naturally.
