The latest from my ITP blog following the UK Govt announcement yesterday Sunday March 22nd that folk like me on immune suppressing drugs are advised to stay at home for at least the next 12 weeks.....

So what to do then for this limbo period we are now facing ????

Here is my take on it all ......

Wonderful, Anthony! Thank you for such a straightforward and helpful article. Excellent book list and pertinent suggestions about how to get through this long sequester... I too am in the demographic of high risk. ITP for 20+ years, Splenectom in ‘04;, and was put on the high dose 4 day push of the steroid dexamethasone 2 weeks ago for an undiagnosed virus (was not tested for Covid 19, as there were so few available at the hospital). I’m at home, only leaving for solitary walks. Thanks for your upbeat voice in this crazy time!
