Hi Does anyone recommend a good specialist or hospital to attend for ITP.

I also have the added complication of portal hypertension and fatty liver. Are these related. Many thanks for any advice given. Im 73yo living in ROI

Hi Monica hope you are well. I was diagnosed in 2004 and had every treatment available along the way. Some worked but not for long. I am now on Imuran which is holding me at about 50. The drugs have damaged my liver. I was attending Beaumont hospital haemology and am now attending Blanchardstown which is a branch of the Beaumont clinic. Hope this helps.
