I tried many protocols. It appears keeping a mostly low carbohydrate diet helps and low dairy and sugar. Kept/paleo work best for me. I don’t have Bruising anymore. As far as fatigue ? I have to use “zip fizz “ once sometimes twice a day. I get it at Costco. It works for me

I went on a diet a couple of years ago but was drinking caffeine drinks to keep up energy... I believe these caused my platelets to crash as the count went up again when I stopped drinking them. Please be careful drinking ‘energy’ drinks. PDSA.org has a list of foods Itp sufferers should avoid or limit.

I tried acupuncture in 2004 at urging of a friend, the needles caused large bruising and increased fatigue. The only things that will increase platelet counts are drugs such as steroids and Nplate. Be careful with Chinese meds. as they are not regulated and you have no idea what you’re taking. Be well:)
