Baked A Cake

While I am having a good day I baked a Pincato cake for the first time since diagnosed with ITP I know my energy levels will stoop now but hey ho look at my cake hope this gives a little hope for us all on good days going for a power nap now # exhausted .

That cake looks absolutely delicious! I used to love cake/bun making, my husband is gutted that I no longer have the energy to carry a cake through from start to finish! This gives me hope that one day, maybe I will. Well done, Linda x x

It is little steps the cake took 2 hours delicious and worth it : ) and maybe when peeps have a good day you can never say never been a while since I had a day like today .

I’m just at the stage of if I manage to make a full cooked dinner for myself and my husband, then I’ve done well. I’m even more under the weather though as I’ve had a stinker of a cold for nearly 2 weeks, my home is so untidy it’s really beginning to get me down 😔 x x

It will happen when you feel like cooking a dinner take it one day at a time I only managed to spring clean my home recently it takes it out of you and with baking my cake which completely took me by surprise exhausted in work today up at 4.45 this morning now I sleep zzzzz Xxx

Well done! I always bake with a friend now as I don't have the hand strength (due to pains) or energy to do an entire bake. Wish I could get back into it!
