Lol. Yes. But do you feel different to how you did before the shut eye? I take naps regularly. They're my best medicine for ITP fatigue!
Hi Tenk , when I wake I still feel tired why itp is so confusing I can be watching TV then I look I have missed most of the programme : ) answer yo your question No lol
