Is weightloss healthy with itp??

I was already obese before itp and now bcoz of steroids my weight gained again and i am looking forward for weightloss . So is it healthy? Bcoz my count goes down when i am exhausted.

Best thing you can do because as your weight decreases you will feel the benefit eventually of being able to do more with less exertion. This has been my scenario having lost nearly two stone I have found I can do a lot more and my count has improved. Go for it seriously.
