For those of you inclined to see if your diet may be playing a role in not only your ITP but your overall well being you might want to look into the whole30 program. You can google it. I am on my 3rd week. Loving it. Both me and hubby are doing it together. No dairy wheat alcohol sugar legumes etc. your system can reset itself and your blood pressure drops your weight drops. And many other benefits. Figured it couldn't hurt.

After 30 days you gradually add items one at a time and see how you feel. I have to say I am digging it. Don't know if it's had an effect on my platelets but feeling better is what I am after. So I am sticking to this and acupuncture and Chinese meds

Good luck to all everyone
