Lisettetoy, I tried the papaya leaf extract for a number of weeks, and it did not help. Other than that, I tried no other natural remedies. Hope that helps.

I tried papaya leaf tea, it was expensive, tasted awful and did nothing.

Try septilin by himalaya drugs. It works for me. I take 2tabs twice daily. My count went up to 100000. But it cannot be discontinued, as immune system will attack platelets once septilin is stopped or reduced. But it is better Thad prednisone. No side effects whatsoever. Good luck
