Can any ICU staff tell me if you have had success employing the ABCDEF Bundle - limiting sedation, early mobility & family visits?

I'm interested in whether Dr's have listened to the recommendation to employ the ABCDEF bundle. At the hospital my husband is currently at in the USA the Dr's and nurses are excellent, however I don't think they are going to listen to me if I ask them to take him off sedation. When they have tried his blood pressure drops drastically. They say he's agitated and then give him sedation again.
