The USA VA have developed a free mindfulness app. Mindfulness can be used to deal with stress or anxiety. I’ve been using it myself to help me cope with losing weight as my blood pressure is high. I’ve found it very helpful.

For IOS phones or iPads :- apps.apple.com/gb/app/mindf...

For Android phones:- play.google.com/store/apps/...
