PINCH ME
When youre coming off opioids from sedation we tick many of these boxes
P - pain
I - infection
N - nutrition
C - constipation
H - hydration/hypoxia
M - medication
E - environmental.
When you’ve been sleep deprived, everyone around you is wearing weird PPE gear & you are surrounded by banks of machines - you’re coming off drugs that make Keith Richard’s habit look like a schoolboy fling, no wonder your head is mashed ( and you’ve probably no idea where or why you are there).
