The first line is the heart beat/rhythm. From what I can see, it's a normal rhythm with an occasional premature beat which is nothing to worry about. We all have them. The heart rate per minute is 71. Then the 91/60 is the blood pressure. This is a little low if it's an adult. A normal blood pressure for adults is 120/70'ish. But, it many instances the 91/60 can be fine. The 94 is probably the "pulse ox" - short for pulse oximetry. It measures the oxygen in the blood stream that is attached to the red blood cells. This is a little low. Again, I don't know why this is a little low. When I was in the hospital and they got me off the vent, they'd take me off the oxygen I was getting through my nose with a nasal cannula, and it would drop into the lower 90's. I was getting over really bad pneumonia and septic shock. The last number looks like how many breaths per minute the person is having. 31 is high but it's not regular breathing at all and could be from moving in the bed, artifact, a bad connection, etc.

It's not textbook normal but if I was the nurse seeing this, I wouldn't be worrying about the numbers. I'd let the doc know about the low oxygen and the fast breathing. I hope this helps some.
