Hi everyone. Been quite ill for a while but on the mend. Still waiting for my P.I.P. Judicial Review. I had one last July and they awarded me the upper rate of Daily Living Allowance. In September I was summoned to Capita for a one to one about my Mobility and the result was they put my Daily Living back to Basic Rate effectively overturning the Judicial Review Bodies Decision so still waiting for a Court date a year later. This is the last time I will fight it. It has been going on since 2014 and has taken its toll. I had a memory test at my G.P. and only scored 75% compared to 95% last year. One of the things I forget was the address they tell you and have never failed on that before. Just hope something more sinister about memory loss is lurking in the background now. I am getting more help for the first time since Sepsis and ICU which is about time but a bit too late which may be the same for others out there. Will keep you all posted re memory tests etc
