Hi my dad was rushed into ICU on Wednesday, with severe lack of oxygen when I found him he was unresponsive for about 3 hours after.. he was only able to make rattling noises.. from his chest, we have been stuck living in this flat for years and the damp and mouldy we live in is just awful.. should I be concerned about Dad coming back here? I’m sure this place has caused him to be ill in the first place help please
