I was in an induced coma for 17 days and in hospital for 4 weeks altogether. from I came out of the coma my hands have been shaking it seems to have gotten worse from I came home. they shake mostly when I am using them, for example eating, writing, e.t.c. would anyone know why this is happening.

Hi Zippo,
While in an induced coma muscle wastage is about 2% a day, this could be why your hands are shaking along with the drugs used to save your life, the body can take quite some time to recover from the time spent in hospital and the trauma you have been through, I would suggest talking to your GP if it's worrying you and if you have a ICU follow up appointment you could mention it then.
