4 weeks post op and started with sharp pains?

Hi Everyone.

Im 4 weeks post op TLH BS and Unilateral Oop (right) and recovery has been better than i was expecting but today i have started with really sharp short pains very low down on my right side groin (middle of leg crease). they take my breathe away. Ive had dull pains during recovery but nothing like this. Is it normal after this time? Tia x
