Left arm numb, feeling dizzy and weak, slight pain in chest like heartburn, and backache,
Hi there, you need to go to hospital, and contact you doctor also. This needs checking out to rule out that you do not have a clot anywhere, please let us know how you are later. Mary F x
I've been very stressed lately,it's only this morning that I started feeling like this, although my left side (around breast area)hurt yesterday when I coughed.I'll try and see my doctor today, thanks x
I appreciate you feel stressed, this always makes things feel worse, but one way or another you need a check up today! If you ring your GP practice and explain your medical condition plus current situation they will or should see you very quickly, if not please use your nearest emergency department for a check up! Mary Fx
Hi Clyde! I would get to the Emergency Room because these symptoms need to be documented and become permanent in your medical history. These symptoms could be signaling you for an upcoming event. An early warning sign. Or not. As Mary said, at minimum call your GP and state your symptoms. If he doesn't direct you to his office or the ER I would go to the ER and look for a new GP.

Just wrote a really long answer so this is a shorten version
My heart attack wasn't that painful I wasn't short of breath,it felt like indigestion ache also in left arm
Went to local hospital should have called 999
Important to say that you have Hughes syndrome as my Heart attack was caused by a blood clot and only showed up the next day. The result came back high and I was told that it was quite severe
I was on Asprin, before but probably should have been on warfarin as had previous clots
I will just add it was the best thing that ever happen to me, as treatment Clexane and then Warfarin lifted the fog
So if in doubt phone 999 let them decide
I would call the paramedics.
know the feeling well.
