Does skin texture changes have anything to do with APS? I think my Reumy said to watch for changes in skin texture.

If you do have any worries about your skin your rheumatologist can refer you to be seen by a dermatologist. I had a biopsy of the skin on my lower leg and was told that there was capillaritis or small vessel vasculitis which is caused by APS.
