Hi all I've been put on Fragmin today it doesnt say when to take it can you do anytime.

depends - if you are taking one dose a day - take it in the morning or night - then you know its done... if you are taking two does... each is 12 hours apart - your doc should tell you when though go by his recomendations

I do mine when I wake in the morning, then it's out of the way and not forgotten.

When I was on Warfarin I used to self test and take the tablets at 6pm. Now if converted to Fragmin I find it is much less hassle than Warfarin, a quick shot in the morning and no worries about blood tests or ehat I eat or drink; only the 'ouch' factor after some of the shots, which soon passes.
