Hello, good you have a diagnosis, and of course it is right to be swiftly asking about your anticolagulation, I would be very surprised to hear that none was planned, not everybody needs the whole lot, for instance I get by currently on two doses of asprin a day. Let us know where you are based, and also do you have a rheumatolgoist? or haematologist or both. There are plenty of papers available to download on the HSF site, if you team needs more detail or indeed GP. Best wishes. Mary F x

I am under Prof quenby at Coventry for the miscarriages, she said as soon as I become pregnant to start asprin and clexane, and that she would write to my Gp, I have made an appointment with him this Friday to try to get some info,

Hi hon

Welcome and glad you found us. Sorry to hear of your losses, I know the pain and heartache you've suffered.

I think you should at least be on aspirin, and when or if you decide to try for a baby again, you should be under a specialist that understands Aps and given clexane as well as that is standard treatment protocol for pregnancy with Aps.

Any questions ask away hon, we're here for you, if we can help we will. A good source of info to print off and take to doctors is available at the Hughes Syndrome Foundation at hughes-syndrome.org

Hope you feeling ok today.

Take care gentle hugs love Sheena xxxxxx :-) :-) :-)
