Hi

Lucky you - i hope you had a fab holiday.

Have you got access to a trampoline? Try lying on it while other person / people wander about, the vibrations can help you to relax from deeper down...

if not, lie on the floor (put a mat or something down to make it comfortable) and put your legs on a bed (so your knees are above your hips (like a right angle). shut you eyes and concentrate on your breathing for 10 minutes or so. Again this will stretch out your back and allow you to release any tenstion there that you didn't know you had.

and if that doesn't work there's always chocolate!!! ;)

Tx

I dont want to eat anymore chocolate!! I want to lose weight!!

thank you for the techniques......think it sounds like I may need more than that for tension though! :)

I'm at the gym tomorrow, thinking of asking them to do me a programme at last & try maybe 'Zumba' ( even though I know I'll fall over my own feet! ) dont think it'll involve a trampoline :)

Hope you're OK x
