My Password

Hi I’m trying to make a new password as I’ve forgotten my original one. I have had a link emailed to me to make a new password but there’s nowhere on that link for me to do so.

I hope it isn’t me being stupid and sorry if I have bothered anybody.

Many thanks

Hi, I've posted your question to other admins and hopefully will get back to you shortly with a solution x

Hi, not getting any real response, I suggest you try again and get a new link and see if that works. If that fails here is the email address for support support.healthunlocked.com/

I'm not an admin or any kind of official support, but I did used to do web application stuff for a living. I did a quick test of the forgot-password process on the site and it seems to work, for me. The email has some white text in a blue block which is actually the link (long gone are the days when web/html UI links were clearly identifiable from not-links, sigh, I'm too old, will stop ranting now).

The link should take you to a password reset page which does seem to be there and functional (again, for me).

However, I did notice one anomaly which you might have run into - it seems that if you are already logged in to the site (browser cookies or similar auto-login), the password reset page is skipped and you get some sort of "password reset" search results instead. That was a "hmm that's weird" for me but took less than a minute to figure out, but I can see it could easily stump someone with less experience.

So just maybe, if you click the reset link from the email does the site come up with you already logged in? (click the profile pic / "more" link top-right, does it give you a "log out" option?).

If this is the issue and you still need to change password, you can do it from the settings page from the same top-right "more" menu. If not, sorry to waste your time, maybe my description will help someone else sometime.
