Severe bruise - seek medical advice?

Hi there. Currently on Enoxaparin (heparin) to thin my blood due to triple positive APS. Unfortunately on Saturday I was in an accident and have developed a severe bruise. It has been extremely swollen and painful to walk on (as it is on my leg and covers my entire upper thigh). But today (Monday) I noticed some small bumps developing on the bruise like blood blisters + quite severe stinging in the area. I have not visited any medical professionals but am considering trying to get an appointment to be safe. Please could someone advise on what would be best? I know it is just a bruise but considering my previous history of clots etc I’m a bit worried.

It's good you've taken photos, and yes advisable to get your GP or walk in centre to check it out.

In my humble opinion, go to A&E. Be well,

Yes, I think a call to your GP, and maybe you can be seen straight away. Otherwise.. A&E.
