I have noticed a brain fog creeping into my life. I can’t always find the right word or phrase. Is there any medication or treatment for this. (APS for 8 years, Warfrin)

I would have your bloods checked? My B12 deficiency first showed up with not remembering words, brain fog etc.

Really improved once on medication.

Hi, other than checking your anticoagulation, it would be also to get your GP to test your Iron, Folate Ferrin, D, and with attention in particular to your B12 and Thyroid, Low B12 and low Thyroid function can cause terrible brain fog. MaryF
