I have been trying to get treatment for the past couple of years for my ‘sticky blood’ but because I have had a hysterectomy and no strokes apparently I can’t be diagnosed with APS. I have way too many symptoms and wake up some mornings with partial sight and hearing loss. Also a cardiologist asked my GP to control my blood pressure (148/101) who responded recently that the hospital mentioned it because the hospital didn’t know what write! How can I get help when hospital rheumatologists won’t help and GP denies cardiologists recommendations regarding blood pressure? Apparently 148/101 is not high....

Do you know if you gave pulmonary hypertension? Sometimes APS causes non infectious endocarditis, or Liebman -Sacks Endo carditis. It’s vegetation’s on the valves.
Can you ask your GP if you have pulmonary hypertension?
I suggest you enlist your GP’s help and see if he or she can’t help refer you to a cardiologist. You would need a specialized sonogram of the valves in your heart.
Also, APS needs to be monitored for these worrying symptoms you’ve mentioned- and and monitoring titers and other rheumatic issues. At the very least Just as a maintenance, and preventative standpoint...
