Didn't answer immediately as wanted time to watch and digest - really interesting, promising that Pych doctors are looking at APS, but sad that APS patients have gone through the medical system, failing all tests, to then go to Pych doctors, at that point believing their symptoms are 'in the mind', this is depressing in its self.
Saying that every bit of information, data, theories can only help going forward.
Thanks for posting.
Thank you! I’m going to share this with my daughter.
Thank you for sharing!
I was very fortunate to work with a physician that relied on what he had learned about medicine and could use what he knew in order to help any patient by varied applications. I always said if catastrophe occurred - whomever was with him would survive based on his knowledge, as well as, his common sense and his ability to look not only what was directly in front of him but take advantage of his/their environment to find answers. He didnt base every diagnosis on bloodwork sometimes other things proved it! Like actually examining/ listening to the patient.
To be honest he was the one and only doctor i worked with that i truly believed would be able to do this...as not every thing or patient is as the textbook reads... that there are many variables to be considered and one must be willing to open their eyes/ minds to them.
Happy to have these young physicians looking at the APS manifestations in a broad context such as this. I will share with my doctors.
Thanks!
Woww........... the best I have seen about APS told by this Dr Rege and especially those at least 5 pieces, told by prof Hughes himself. Contains so much knowledge and info.
I wish all of our members would listen to this video (at least 6 pieces). Thank you Mary!!
