I set alarms on my phone - set to go off at the same time every day of the week- any thing extra I would set an extra alarm for , “as needed.”

I use to set my alarm on my phone. One day i was doing stuff when alarm goes off. I stop alarm and continue my stuff, that day i forgot my medicin and i Got so sick....

I have a box no so i can see i medicin is taken for this day... cos if you need alarm to remember medicin, you need a “picture” to see if you did or not take meds.

I have 'smart' watch set to go off twice a day. if I'm outside I press the 'snooze' button set to go off 10 mins later.

I use the "Reminders" app that came with my phone. I can set it to repeat daily at a certain times. For example, I have one reminder set for 9:00am and another for 9:00pm to take my Lovenox injections every day. I back those up with two alarms I also set for those same times.

I’ve always set my meds at 9:00am and 9:00pm also. Lovenox as well.

I did have one on my phone, but now back to pen and paper, attached to my notes for shopping and collections when I go out, as I figured I always need that notebook! MaryF

I also set alarms for my meds, 8 am and 8 pm, plus a noon. I don’t set an alarm for my thyroid meds , I have those on the nightstand next to a glass of water, so I take them when I sit up to get out of bed.
