Well All the Doctor would call it was a MASS - - the mass is right side of nose downward an inch at a 45 degree angle and up from the right side of the corner of my lips up an inch at a 45 degree angle . The plan I guess is to cut along the right side of nose and take the mass out that way as to hide scar and then off to pathology with it to be tested .- At the present procedure is scheduled for OCT 17 Th BUT I a being put on the RED list -so the first cancellation that has at least 5 days prior to procedure date I will take {i have to start Bridging for this } the surgeon will accept 1.2 INR the morning of the procedure , this shouldn't be a problem - I have gotten it down in 3 days before -BUT that was with my past nurse at the anticoag clinic - my new ones WELL i am not quite sure - I think they would go with it but not positive .The chance of having a risk of infection - bleeding -asymmetry-deformity and positive margin are present and the doc. said he discussed it with me and I wanted to go forward BUT how else am I going o find out if it is cancerous- and there is lymph nodes there so i would like to see it gone -scaring doesn't bother me much I have zippers all over my body now so what's one or two more ????? and at my age I am not exactly in the dating game !! so going forward makes sense to me . I asked him about the mass under right side of Jaw bone but didn't get a reply -he and his crew of 2 left said they would be back but never did -he did send his nurse in to go over Bridging ?? But I will be talking to him again and plan to know what he plans for that .He talked more to the other Doc's than me . that will end I assure you . that's it for now anyways . :-) .

Thanks

You know with all my Dia. medical problems {and there are many - 26 !! } one isn't the bad healing thing - I heal extremely fast , maybe because of the triple positive status ?? who knows . Even at as a youngster {many moons ago i might add !! } i always healed well {good thing , i was always getting busted up it seems thru life } I will be 10 years with APS Sept 1 2019 so i was 54 when i landed in ER loaded with blood clots all over body and lungs . and i think it was bad 2 years before that . Sop i hope for a quick healing time as to be able to go on with knee and spine and back injections . C & j

I hope you don't mind me replying to your post .. I noticed you mention what you've described as your Dia health and you say of which you have 26 .. do you have 26 diagnosed conditions as I have over 30 .. people find it hard or Impossible to believe someone can have so many .. I've never met anyone with anywhere near the number I have so your comments jumped out at me .. best wishes

Yes you are correct . many if not 90% related directly or indirectly to the APS because of blood -lack of or clots. may be a couple more coming as i have been thru many test's with no defined conclusions.left leg and groin were last ones ,4 of them to be exact . we seem to get tat a lot as i have read on here . common . And type in anytime - glad to see you are not afraid of posting this - i know i use to have second thoughts BUT the truth IS the truth . regardless of what others may think .And to include Doctors - i have had pretty intense talks about this very thing when starting with new Doc's - but paperwork doesn't lie - so i win -but shouldn't have to go thru this BUT .?? Thanks C & J

Usually before any surgery like this the surgeons have a weekly meeting to discuss 'your case's', so hopefully at your pre operation meeting he will give you a clearer picture of what they are going to do, as by then several opinions are in the mix.

Still all a bit scary for you, I think anything near the face always seems more emotional.

Your totally right you need the biopsies and need to know what it is, fear of the unknown leads to all sorts of anxieties.

Love your wording zippers, I'll keep that one in my mind, so apt for me too.

Hopefully, your fears of the worst don't materialise and you are given a good prognosis.

Thoughts are with you for your operation and speedy recovery.

Yes i have been busted up quite a bit in my 5 years on this planet .fallen out of a car real young -hit by a car and dragged even younger maybe 6 years old on that one . broken - arms -legs - ankle -operations etc. - i don't have any tattoo's and people say J why not they identify you -WELL i have enough scars for that - that i am covered !! -It was a hurried thing and the to Doc's talked more and the scribe spoke very little . I did how ever get the APS issue in and also took control of the Bridging that will have to be done. seems i have done that bridging 6 or 7 times this year and now they at pain doc office will be doing not only C-spine but now L-spine area's with the MBB procedure's and I have to bridge for them also --SO i told them i would take care of that all I needed is what he wanted my INR at for the day of procedure and 1.2 was it .So as you said i will be talking to them again - I am a very high risk factor - 80% so it is a concern going into this.do they put you thru the same in UK ? these thins can differ from country to country .? I have to check with two other Doc's that are going to be doing these other procedures to see if I may be able to scedule two in one day ?? Good luck with that you may be thinking ha !!

I need to talk to them more . First off they came into the room Casey and I were in and left saying wrong room ??so this cut into time allotted for me !! They most likely had wrong files for me ? this is maybe why they din't come back . that was a 10 minute set back and the nurse doing my meds check that takes extra time also . BUT Holly hit it right on the head - i will be talking to them again .

That's my Buddy . But wouldn't i be jobbahut or what ever it was called - i have never seen any of those movie's - I am to scared .And i thought Klingons were what you made sure you didn't have when you left the restroom !! ?? Just to show you what i know .Hopes your iPhone stops oozing . could be messy .

I really need to know that this mass isn't going to be bad news- but it is growing fast- all i could get out of my Surgeons account in my file is his After visit Summary . do's and don'ts Etc. A lot of it generic letter . I will check it again later - i know the Fellow measured it , -the part that is protruding out of my face now . it is like an upside down Mushroom the base deep in cheek is much bigger than what shows thru skin . But like i said before 3 weeks ago you couldn't even see it - they had to feel it at PCP office -so it is growing fast and jut think i myself am shrinking !! go figure that out - Gravity a Wonderful thing - god knows i am vertically Challenged enough now . NOT SHORT MIND YOU :-) Will let you's know BBN

It’s very worrisome. You’ve got your “sticky” team with you here! Your stick blood gang through “ thick “ and thin.

Sooner it’s out, the better!

OK Guys here - i got Surgeons Appointment Details Gen: Pleasant ,well-appearing male in no acute distress.{ HMMM fooled him }

11/2 cm mobile Mass on right basal fold . photo's taken [ 2 ]

risks of excision . { I listed them before up above } I need to know if this is going to cause bad problems and the way it is growing and the bigger it allowed to get , the bigger the problem will become .

Thanks my friend - it seems i am always into something doesn't it .-as they say " a rolling stone gathers no moss " and that's me no moss !! At first when Doc's came in the room and Casey was there on his blanket sitting on the chair -that is when they left again !! i thought and said to Casey - hope you din't scare them off big boy !! fr those of you who don't know Casey he is a chihuahua and my service Dog {that's why he is allowed every where i go any hospital } unless with some of my tests i have done the open radiation is used and he can't be in room when this happens - nobody in room but me .Casey weights in at a whopping 10 pounds !! We will certainly try to get this behind us quickly as possible .
