I have had some bothersome lower back pain accompanied with a pocket of localized swelling. After weeks of nursing it, I went to a PCP who said he’s never seen anything like it and referred me to a neuro and spine doctor. That doctor suspected to find a cyst. He ordered an MRI that showed the swelling but everything else was normal. He suggested that it could be pelvic issue and referred me to another specialist who I will see next week. Anyone else have a similar problem?

Hi, can I ask if you have been diagnosed with Hughes/APS syndrome?
I see you have just joined and this forum is for people who have this, which relates to sticky clotting blood.
Your answers to your question would relate to blood clots and if you haven't got this illness will not help you.
If you have got Hughes/APS stay with us and we will support you.

Hello, we are not a generalised medical forum, sorry for your discomfort, but do you have a diagnosis for Hughes Syndrome/APS? MaryF
I just had this to happen, mine was due to an Ovarian Cyst to burst. The Dr I seen has some knowledge of APS, he stated that Warfarin could be the main cause of what happened to me. Some realation of a side effect. May want to check into that.
