I set a timer for a lot of things. I leave the cans of dog food on counter to remember to feed my dog🐶

My phone and iPad (which are synced) have all my "stuff" on them. I'm a bit like a teenager tethered to my phone but I set alarms for important stuff. The dog starts to remind me an hour before dinner that he needs his food! I also set a timer on my phone to remind me of appointments etc.

Funny I was thinking about this only yesterday, I have lists for everything and try to say to myself switch off or out loud if no body about saves worrying about leaving the iron on etc

I put things I will carry with me (small things like papers and earaids and mobil etc etc) at a special place some time before I leave the house so I will not forget them when I am in a hurry.

I keep the drugs (kept in a box for 7 days) at a place where I prepare my dinners and coffe/tea so it will be difficult to forget to take them. Perhaps not the optimal solution though.

There is a huge different how my brain is working now compared to those days when I was too low in INR!

I like your photo very much!!

Best wishes from Kerstin in Stockholm

Post it notes for me, when I am particularly bad, and often before I go to bed, I send myself an email, which I open first thing in the morning. MaryF

LOTS of reminder alarms on my phone in addition to notes to myself on my phone and lots of "lists". Hubby helps me when I can't find my words.
