I know he was away for a few months, best to check with the London Lupus Unit directly. MaryF

I tried to get information when I was at Guys last month but they are very careful not to comment.

His profile is no longer on the London Bridge website. I fear the worse 😢 xx

Sounds like it's not such good news! I was just told he was gone for up to a couple of years - but I haven't been since seeing Dr Sangle instead in June! Daughter has appointment with Dr Sangle in Feb 16 - will ask too.

Hate to tell you Emma but don't think Prof. Hughes is seeing new patients. Seems care for us is going backwards! If anyone knows any different please let us know xxx

I had heard, he has gone to Dubia to start up a Lupus Clinic there. I do think patients with autoimmune conditions, are experiencing a lack of care in the NHS, which worries me. I have said before, that there is a political undertone going on in the NHS.??? Are we costing the NHS too much money. I was recently at London Bridge Clinic, and was treated well. I normally see Prof Hughes, but he was away. I saw one of his colleague's.
