Hi, I've recently had an ultrasound which showed a fat filled cyst on my liver. The Haemo Consultant suggested it was nothing to worry about and was probably a result of excessive intake of alcohol or cake, neither of which could be true with me.

I believe there is a connection to the fatty liver and the APS -- DC's say they don't know what is causing it but won;t consider APS and i think i know why ??

Hello not me,a relative there's was due 2 thing's neither were aps.

did they do biopsy to check percentage or was they able tell by scan......biopsy is usally for query of 2 possible answer's in term's of diagnosis.

all best hope you find out why and get help treating it.

my relative saw liver team over couple years discharged once reduced to safer level his was really bad 70% fatty they called it nash(non alcholic fatty liver discease).
