I live in the US, but in the FL area. I go to Johns Hopkins for my second opinions and back ups. They have a wonderful Lupus department headed by a Dr. Petri. I am lucky enough to have her as my Doctor. I know this is not the area you are looking for but I believe you could call that department and they could recommend someone in your area. They are referred to from all over the world.

I WVa's diagnosed bt Dr. John Winkelmann, a hematologist. I was very happy with him, but the difficulties of living in one state where the INRs were run, but having my treatment monitored on a week to week basis by a doctor in another state, just became too frustrating.

Winkelmannmann was at Univ of Cincinatti when I first saw him. He subsequently moved hous practice across the Ohio into Kentucky. I hope his location is convenient for you.
