Tour De France ride for Hughes Syndrome!

Hello again my fellow ASP friends. I thought I would just do a last minute plug for my fabulous husband and the big bike ride he is doing.

As some of you are aware, I have had APS since 1999 and have sadly had 7 miscarriage due to it but also been blessed with 2 daughters (low birth weight and early because of APS). The HSF has provided myself and my husband with fantastic advice and support through the rough journey we had and now we have finished, Ryan is trying to pay the charity back for this help by raising money for them.

Ryan is a very keen cyclist, so decided to do a big bike ride in aide of HSF and as the Tour de France has its Grande Depart in Yorkshire this year, it was an obvious one to sign up for. Some of you have been following Ryan's training journey via is facebook page (facebook.com/Hughesride?ref... but for those that haven't, Ryan decided that he would do 2 more big rides on the run up to the TdF. Firstly was the Cheshire Cat ride in Staffordshire (100 miles) and then the Tour of the Peak in the Peak District (111 miles).

He is not in the final run up to his Tour de France bike ride with only 5 days until D-day. This Tour de Frace ride is 104mile but as you can imagine it's going to be brutal over the York Moors including Buttertubs, Kidstones Bank and Grinton Moor climbs. This ride along with the 2 other big rides will mean that Ryan will have cycled 315 miles over some rather lumpy ground :-p which I for 1 think is an amazing achievement..

Ryan would love to raise £1500 for HSF and we have so far managed to make just shy of £1300. This is the cheeky bit but if anyone else wanst to help support our amazing charity or just wants to show my wonderful husband how special he is, please sponsor him via his just giving page - justgiving.com/ryan-bowden .

Thank you all for reading and may you all be blessed with good health !

Much love Kate and family xx

P.S If anyone wants to read my story (in brief) I was in this weeks That's Life magazine which will be on sale until Thursday.
