I have noticed people talking about cutting gluten from their diet to help prevent inflammation. I bake my own bread can anyone tell me if

This contains as much gluten as shop bought and if it is better .

Ditto. If you use a bread machine you must try to clean it our as much as possible before turning it over to only GF products. It can be done, you can make the adjustment, and if the change in diet makes you feel better as it did for many of us here, you'll never look back!

I use strong white whole meal and granary flour. I will look for gluten free and give it a go thanks for your answers.

It depends on how symptomatic you are. If you are eating breads/cakes etc and not suffering then I'd assume that you are not too disadvantaged. No point of cutting down if you are not affected.
