Put a search into Google and read the Equality act 2010 in relation to disability as a protected act. I'm placed under that act under my work as they sent me to occupational health due to long term sick. I suppose if you been off lots then maybe you could request they send you to occupational health not sure what type of work you do and whether that is possible in your field but worth asking. CAB might be able to give advice and if you claim DLA etc might be able to use them. Your doctor should be able to give your work a letter if they want proof although I think there is a cost.

thanks Andrea will go to cab to get conformation just worried because i nearly lost my job they dont not seem to understand that any illness i have related to aps is not to be put on my absences record so looking for written proof x

Then they will have to get your doctors to write them a letter I have a copy from Hematology diagnosing me with Lupus and Hughes. Did consultants that diagnose not send you a letter. The doctor should have a copy of letter from consultant on their EDM system so should hospital worth ring doctors and secretaries of the consultant that diagnosed you hun. Hope that helps?

They did ask to request my notes from my doctors then said they didn't need to. Thanks for all your help xx
