I have concerns, because it is not to treat Hughes, bit because of, lupus anticoagulant and high homocystene in blood labs, plus history of stroke and TIAs. So, I am thinking whatever gets me to being on a blood thinner......... Should I still seek expert on Hughes Syndrome, or see how it goes,.????

I hate to suggest you look that gift horse in the mouth, but has your neurologist given you a diagnosis?

Yes was diagnosed by hemotologist, from lab results , ordered by rheumatologist, who still thinks I could not have APS.
