Ive been diagnosed with lupus anticoagulant. Is this hughes syndrome?

No - like many people the name has confused you - I do wish they'd change it and make life easier! You are not the first and certainly won't be the last ...

Antiphospholipid antibodies are currently detected by three different blood tests: the anticardiolipin; the lupus anticoagulant and the anti-beta2-glycoprotein1. If you are LA positive it means you have antiphospholipid antibodies - if you have symptoms as well, then you have the antiphospholipid syndrome.

experiencing severe pins and needles in my left leg and sometimes a severe cramp also in left leg.....should I be concerned.....I have hughes syndrome and I am on WARFAIN>>>>dosage as per INR.
