Hello! I'm sorry to hear that. You need to find a good dermatologist who will put you on antibiotics. Because you have been diagnosed with hs only 6 months ago it will take some time to find the right treatment that will work or reduce the flares up. Have you been under stress recently or has anything emotionally happened to you? Stress triggers hs! Meanwhile you can take some painkillers, put some alcohol on cotton buds/swabs and apply it onto the abscesses. Hold it with a stretch tape. Leave it on and be generous on alcohol. Once it's dry Repeat continuously and you will see a difference in the volume as well as the pain. I sleep with the swaps on . Do not start touching them neither try to burst them you will make it worse. If you need anything don't hesitate. I've been suffering for 10 years and I learned how to deal with it and I know few tricks.

Hi thanks for advice I have been washing daily with hibiscrub and on countless types of antibiotics I haven't been under too much stress but it is starting to get me down now😞

Arrange with your doctor to have a swab taken of a infected area it's just gently rubbing over the area with a big cotton bud it's them sent to the microbiologist and within a week the results will show what's called your flora level it tells you how much infection is present on your skin if their is none or very little using hibiscrub will not help any fragrant free wash products would have the same effect
