Are you being treated by a Dermatologist? I have had mine injected with a combination of steroid and antibiotic in past by my Dermatologist. Made a huge difference. Otherwise warm compresses until it bursts and the non stick dressings with frequent cleansing. Saline and polysporin until draining is complete. I understand your pain. Get a good doc. Mine has significantly reduced in my late 40 s and with weightless which my Dermatologist has encouraged also. Hang in there. it can get better over time with a good Dermatologist on board.

Chloe my mum&i have it my mum often tells me she personally found that going for a hot bath brings them to the surface then they burst and that quite often they even burst in the bath
