Can be HIV rash?

Hello everyone! Can this kind of rash (also on my back) be a first sign of HIV? But I had a blood test about 6 or 7 months ago. It was negative. I don't have any other signs but only rash. I also went to skin doctor and he said its just a skin rash that other people can be. Your answers will be a lot of help for me. Thanks!

If you had a negative HIV test you did not have HIV at the time of the test . Your photo shows a couple of spots that look like insect bites . No , you do not have an HIV rash .
