Hi , If you have been tested for HIV and the test was negative , you do not have HIV .

A black spot behind the eye is probably just pigment , but if you are worried and especially if you are having any trouble with your vision you need to see an eye specialist .

Walking down the street people are not going to look at you any different to the hundreds of other strangers that they pass . If you think that they are laughing at you it would suggest you are suffering from paranoia . From what little you have said here it is likely that you need help with mental health issues . If you can get help with this you will be much stronger to deal with everything else in your life .

I don't think that's HIV but going online to ask is not a good idea it's better to talk to your primary care doctor/physician
