You are invited to participate in an online survey on behalf of the AF Association

Your feedback will contribute in providing researchers working in this field to better understand the following:

• How common is simultaneous screening of high blood pressure and Atrial Fibrillation (AF) amongst patients

• The patient experience related to simultaneous screening of BP & AF

Your participation in the study is much appreciated and your results will not disclose any contact details or personal information to protect your anonymity. It should only take 5 minutes to complete. Please consider participating in the survey as ultimately it will help to identify more people living with AF who may be unaware that they have this condition. Together we can help to reduce the number of AF-related strokes and improve access to appropriate treatment options.

Thank you in advance for your time and commitment to help others living with AF.

Hi - you link seems to be broken.

Good morning Timberman, when you click the link it should open another page with a 'Redirect Notice' to inform you that you are leaving the Health Unlocked site. If you click the link on this page the survey should open for you. Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
