Evening all.I had a flutter ablation 11 months ago and I have noticed recently I am getting short runs of fast heart rate.My ablation was for flutter but I also suffered with lots of ectopics and a fib occasionally. Has my ablation beginning to fail.Help or advice most welcome.

Good morning Ethel103,

It's not unknown for patients to undergo subsequent ablations and it may be worth approaching your GP or consultant to discuss whether this may be needed.

Our patient services team are here to help if you have any questions about your condition, please feel free to contact us on 01789 867 501 or email info@heartrhythmalliance.org
