Feeling quite unwell ,unsure if pacemaker problem, pericarditis coming back or just a virus

I dint know what to think is the cause of my symptoms I’ve been getting the last two weeks , chest tightness on rest and exertion , more breathless than usual with the chest tightness , feeling very cold even though it’s getting a bit warmer here , headaches and cold symptoms (covid test negative ) sore tummy . I am waiting to have tests for possible asthma , I asked my gp if it could be due to menopause as I’m the right age , this all started after having my pacemaker moved . I’m just fed up of feeling rubbish every day , it varies how bad I feel , Monday I felt too unwell to leave the house for a few hours , woke up today feeling unwell but I needed to go shopping but I was only out a couple of hours and I was exhausted .

Sending best wishes to you, has the GP suggested any tests? keep testing for Covid too as the incubation period can vary from approx 2-14 days. Keep hydrated and active whenever you can. Take Care
