every doctor says my heart is fine... so why do i sometimes get uncomfortable sensations or vibrations in my chest? i can’t even explain it…its as if my heart is inside a bubble. could this be gastro related? maybe gerd? doesn’t matter what i’m doing, but its worse after i eat or if i eat more than my “limit”. i’ve been feeling gassy and bloated, ever since i started showing symptoms of WPW in January (i had a successful ablation to correct it in April). i’m not on any medications.

is it gerd?
Hi ! When I first started to experience chest pain and ectopics I just knew it was my heart. I had many tests done, even a couple trips to the emergency dept. because I didn’t believe my doctors. Finally a doctor said “Why do you think it’s called “Heartburn Pain”? The pain of heartburn can be intense- at times I even felt like it was in my jaw- so scary! But if your heart has been medically cleared then believe your doctors that it is GERD. I was put on PPI and it improved greatly.
Look at Roemheld Syndrome. I have similar sensations to you with ectopics. Not GERD but swallowed air in the oesophagus, stomach or intestines. All can put pressure on the heart. Some of us don't burp naturally after a meal. I regularly burp 6 in a row, a massive amount of air, but I have to do it on purpose.
